OVERVIEW

Located in the heart of the Movie Colony neighbourhood, Sand Acre is a circa 1933 Spanish Estate situated on a coveted one-acre in-town lot. Rumoured to have been frequented by Marilyn Monroe, it is noted to be where she and Joe DiMaggio often spent time together while in Palm Springs.

Sand Acre features four bedrooms, each with en-suite baths. The master suite offers a king bed and a TV. The first and second bedrooms are interconnected - the first bedroom features a king bed and TV, while the second offers a queen bed and TV. The fourth bedroom features a full-size bed. The large Chef's kitchen is recently updated with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a Viking professional gas range. The fifth bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Sand Acre is surrounded by manicured grounds with a private tennis court. The in-ground pool and spa feature an oversized patio area and poolside cabana.

Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book with us in the city of Palm Springs, CA.
