The name of the villa translates as "sea rock" and, in fact, you can enjoy the sun as it sets behind the distinctive “Los Arcos” from the row of sun loungers and the heated infinity pool and the jacuzzi on the terrace facing the sea.

A palapa provides a breather in the shade of the sun, and a barbecue and an outdoor dining room invite you to stay outside until the afternoon. Of course, there is also a sound system, satellite television and a games room with a pool table and comfortable plush modern couches when its time to move inside. Your stay includes the preparation two meals a day (three can be arranged at a small additional fee) from the villa's chef, the services of other staff and access to the community beach club, the shared pool, the gym, the sauna and the steam room.

The exterior spaces are connected to the interiors of the villa by glass walls, which can be folded back to create a perfect living room. Ocean breezes float over the living room, where a spacious section is accentuated by the traditional Otomi cushions and the formal dining room, with capacity for twelve people. The new fully equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar and state of the art appliances.

From the surroundings of the villa in the southern area of Puerto Vallarta, it is a 2 minute walk from the private beach that belongs to the Sierra del Mar in the community of Los Arcos, a 3 minute drive from Playa las Gemelas and fantastic snorkeling in the Los Arcos National Park, and a 10 minute drive from the cafes, shops and historic streets of the charming Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.
