Luxury property La Villa is located in the picturesque seaside village of Trsteno. The property lies only 18 Km away from the world–famous city of Dubrovnik. The city's UNESCO World Heritage Site status is well deserved, with its well-preserved walls boasting magnificent views of the mesmerizing Adriatic Sea. Today, you can explore the city's rich history through its beautifully preserved architecture, including ornate palaces, churches, and monasteries. La Villa Dubrovnik is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, palm trees, and cypress trees, covering a total area of 1400 m2. There's a residential space of 300 m2 spread across two floors—the ground floor and the first floor. With the stunning views of the clear Adriatic Sea, the villa features a private outdoor pool, two large terraces with indoor and outdoor dining, an outdoor barbecue and four parking spots. The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double rooms, including 5 bathrooms. Five double rooms are in the main villa and one in the side annex. On the ground floor, a spacious dining room takes center stage, featuring a table for 12 persons. Right beside it is a fully, professionally equipped kitchen with a large island in the middle. On the ground floor, you can find three modern luxury rooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there's a living room and two primary bedrooms with a king-size bed, a private bath with bathtub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony. The living room leads to a spacious and covered terrace with a seating lounge, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and taking in the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian islands. To the side of the house, the villa annex holds the sixth accommodation unit, including a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. La Villa Dubrovnik is completely air-conditioned and heated. La Villa has wireless internet, satellite TV, a safe, smoke detectors, a fully equipped kitchen, a baby cot and high chair, a washing and drying machine, a garden, seating and lounge sets, terraces, balconies, an outdoor pool and services of a villa manager.
