The lower floor also features a TV room with two daybeds and a half bathroom—making it ideal for couples with young children or teenagers who want room to spread out.

The second floor serves as the home’s social hub, with an expansive, light-flooded kitchen featuring clear stone floors, a center island with wooden stool seating, and modern appliances. The kitchen flows into the airy living room, which connects to the outdoor infinity-edge plunge pool via glass doors. Take a refreshing dip while socializing with guests who are seated indoors. Or have a relaxing moment to yourself, soaking up the splendor of the tropical forest mountains and sparkling Pacific Ocean.

Ocean and mountain views are on offer on the third floor, the home’s primary living area. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. A white color palette and high-ceilings add to the visual impact. Meanwhile the master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a stand alone shower and double sinks, and views of the ocean and town.
