Beach House is a chic contemporary oceanfront private oasis offering four bedrooms in the exclusive gated community of Playacar.

This vacation home will provide luxury, comfort, relaxation and location on one of the world's finest beaches! Enjoy the soft white coral sand and crystal clear aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea. This is your front yard.

Beach House has unique amenities such as a freshwater swimming pool overlooking the beach, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped for on-site cooking, a grill, and four private bedrooms with individual bathrooms that give you privacy along with beachfront access to local adventures and activities. Lounge on your private stretch of beach that extends from the house with a book or take a luxurious massage while listening to the waves and feeling the refreshing breeze off the ocean. Nearby are the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza. Or, ferry across from Playa del Carmen to the island of Cozumel for snorkeling or scuba diving.

Beach House is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a daily housekeeper, house manager (Monday to Saturday), cook (breakfast and lunch, 9 AM to 3 PM, six-days per one-week reservation), and chef (for welcome dinner upon arrival)
• Round trip airport transfer (maximum eight-guests, minimum stay of seven-nights)

• No smoking • Pets accepted with prior approval *additional fees may apply • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) • Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year. • During the turtle nesting season, the lights on the beach and pool areas will remain off to avoid disturbing their natural behavior. Please, if you spot a turtle as they lay their eggs, do not approach them. You are welcome to watch them from a distance, but remember to keep all light sources off and avoid making any noise.

Amazing Birthday Celebration

I was a little skeptical about booking this property because I found no other recent reviews anywhere! However, this house looks exactly like the pictures. It is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay there. We had an amazing chef to cook our breakfast and lunch. The cleaning was great. The villa was right on the beach. It was exactly what I wanted to celebrate my birthday,

Perfect for our family of 5

We loved the villa, it was perfect for our family of 5. The location was amazing, the house was clean with all the amenities, the beach was clean and beautiful. The highlight of the trip was Mireya, who provided chef services.
