Always Summer Villa overlooks the peaceful Turtle Lake in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This exquisite three-bedroom lake view villa is the epitome of island luxury and serene comfort. The villa is situated in a prime location with over 180-degree views of the shimmering Turtle Lake.

Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area adorned with high ceilings and cool ceramic tile floors. The living room, with its comfortable chic seating, is the ideal spot for relaxation or entertaining guests, all while enjoying unobstructed views of the lake, pool and pool deck through the 3 large sliding glass doors.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer an oasis of peace and privacy.

The master suite is a sanctuary in itself, featuring a plush king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms, equally comfortable, offer a single over double bunk bed and a queen bed. Both rooms share the villa's second bathroom.

Outside, the villa's amenities continue to impress with a stunning pool, ample seating, covered outdoor dining and grill area. Guests are invited to unwind every evening under the stars at our waterfront fire pit and lounge area. The villa is ideally situated for Kayaking, paddleboarding, bone fishing or just watching wild flamingos meander lazily.

Need groceries?! Guests can drive just 8 minutes to the Graceway IGA, where you will find a full selection of produce and familiar brands.

Always Summer villa is located a short 8-minute drive to over 10 restaurants. Another 5 minutes will put you in the heart of Grace Bay with access to close to 30 restaurants, gift shopping, nightlife and casinos.
