Renovated in 2022, this property has been redecorated with refinement and state-of-the-art equipment. This villa has six large bedrooms with six en-suite bathrooms. On the main level, three bedrooms have access to the main pool and the main terrace.

The main swimming pool is located at the entrance leading to the reception living area. It is heated from October 15th to April 15th; outside this period, the heating of the pool is optional, for an additional fee. It is fully enclosed for complete privacy and wind-free living. Furthermore, it has large sunbeds, eight poster daybeds, lounging areas, and a large fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar with a covered dining area seating for 12.

On the lower level, accessible by outside stairs, there are three more rooms, two of which have direct access to the second pool and the gym.

Ideally located in the private and exclusive residential community of Terres Basses, you will benefit from a prime location, a 10-minute drive from shops, restaurants, and bars on the Dutch and French sides.
