Palms West is a villa framed within traditional Caribbean gingerbread trim with a pale stucco exterior trimmed with blue doors and window frames. Set in Mahogany Hills and reached via a short private road on the Four Seasons Estate it sits in the centre of an acre of lush front and back gardens that are filled with swaying Palms and colourful flower beds. With superb views of Mount Nevis and down to the Caribbean sea and across to St Kitts. The villa enjoys a tranquil, private and secure setting.

The primary bedroom, dressing room and bathroom are to the west of the double-volume great room whose ceilings are over 15 feet high. Recently, completely refurbished, the look and feel is contemporary, colourful light and airy and feature many paintings depicting Caribbean life. Fully air conditioned and with large French doors and expansive windows onto the full-length terraces both indoor and outdoor living and dining are available all year.

To the East of the great room are three additional bedroom suites, all fronting onto terraces, the gardens and views of the swimming pool and the Caribbean sea.

A laundry room, with large American appliances, a powder room and a large mezzanine study/office space are in addition to the 'Salvini' fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.
