Four Winds Villa is a spacious, modern five bedroom villa directly on the sea with large private white sand beach and sheltered lagoon. Family owned for 25 years and completely renovated and decorated in 2012, this is an ideal vacation home. The villa is located in the secure neighborhood of Old Fort Bay about three miles west of Ocho Rios and close to Dunn's River Falls.
The villa opens into a spacious living room and sun room with sliding doors that open onto the lawn and lead out to the large fresh water pool and spa. A separate formal dining room seats ten with tall arched windows opening to fresh sea breezes and is directly off the living room. Also downstairs is a large family room. This spacious indoor/outdoor room overlooks the swimming pool and is perfect for lounging or informal meals.
Outdoor recreation includes a large freshwater pool, infinity hot tub, large sandy private beach, sheltered marina, ocean side gazebo and well maintained, lighted tennis court. The villa has wireless internet, cable television, video, CD player and stereo system. Four Winds is set in two acres of private gardens.
The villa has a full staff, including cook, housekeeper, butler, gardener and night security.
