Designed with timeless colonial elegance, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa features exquisite mahogany finishes and showcases high ceilings and marble floors in the grand foyer, accessible via a picturesque Koi Pond bridge.

The entrance level leads to two identical en-suite cottages, located in the east and west wings of the property. These charming retreats boast king-sized beds, ample closets, and French doors that open to private balconies, each offering serene views of the lush tropical gardens.

The second floor is home to two luxurious en-suite master bedrooms, each with a covered, private, and fully furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying panoramic views of the nearby golf course and spectacular sunsets. A cozy entertainment room with a flat-screen TV is also located on this level, providing an ideal space for relaxation.
