A recently constructed four bedroom, three bathroom residence, Sugar Cane Ridge 9 is located within one of the newest developments at the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort. The villa, nestled at the entrance to the Sugar Cane Ridge avenue, offers views of Sugar Cane Ridge and the golf course beyond.
Featuring a fully air conditioned open-plan living and dining area, a Miele-equipped kitchen, private plunge pool and covered outdoor dining terrace, this elegant and beautifully decorated villa is ideal for family holidays and island retreats. On the ground floor, the stylish master suite offers a King size bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. Also on the ground floor, one guest bedroom; with queen size bed, also offers direct access to the pool deck, and shares the second bathroom with guest suite 2. The elegantly decorated third guest bedroom is located mid-level at the entrance of the villa and offers an en suite bathroom and two twin size beds.
Guests of Sugar Cane Ridge 9 have access to all Royal Westmoreland amenities, including the Sanctuary communal pool and gym, the tennis, the Club House and the exclusive beach club at the quiet Mullins Beach, St Peter. Guests will also benefit from the five-star concierge, which can assist with arranging travel, car rental, booking restaurants for dining, chef services, babysitting services and island activities.

As of August 1st, 2018, Royal Westmoreland Resort will be introducing a daily resort fee applicable to all villa renters. The daily resort fee has been set at US$20.00 per villa per day. This fee will be payable at the Resort Registration Desk on collection of Guest Resort Cards.
