• The entry gate at this property must remain open at all times. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. • We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • The exterior chaise loungers next to the pool/spa have been updated and may differ from those shown in the listing photos. • Due to the remote location of our properties, guests may experience unannounced power outages. • We do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. • The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. • Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons. • ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. • Please do not pick the avocado trees. • Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet. • Riverside County has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances.
