Entertain with family and friends in the oversized living room with smart TV, sonos sound system, ample seating with a plush sectional sofa, wet bar and open concept design that leads into the kitchen and dining area with seating for 10. Additional common space is located adjacent to great room area with billiards table and easy access to the interior courtyard with ping pong table. The thoughtfully equipped and designer Chef’s Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, double oven, and large refrigerator. The custom island provides additional seating for indoor dining, as well as space for casual gathering during meal preparation.
