OVERVIEW

Casa Alegria is located in the ultra-exclusive Caleta, Palmilla, and therefore, it is a representation of glamour and the sophistication of one of the most iconic enclaves in Los Cabos. Just moments from the renowned One&Only Palmilla resort, this villa combines Spanish Colonial charm and elevated design with refined Tuscan influences - elevated by modern design and luxury amenities.

The natural light flooding through overly large windows and vaulted ceilings flood the interior with an elegant stonework and wood decals. Plush furnishings, colorful textiles and soft linens create a warm and elegant atmosphere. Each of Casa Alegria's five bedrooms is a private sanctuary with its own Ensuite bathroom, safe, and stereo. Two suites facing out to terraces with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez.

The newly remodeled Italian Scavolini kitchen is a chef's dream - with a large center island, high-end appliances with a Viking refrigerator, dual sinks, wine fridge, and custom cabinetry. A sliding door opens the space to the outdoors with a fully equipped kitchen complete with built-in grill for easy indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Life in the open air at Alegria is grandiose. The huge Cantera tiled terrace offers al fresco dining for eight under a grand palapa with hammocks in the breeze. Plush sunbeds encircle a beautiful two-level pool with a cascading waterfall, plus a high-up Jacuzzi with ocean views. Additional amenities include 2 pools, 80 inch flatscreen tv with surround sound, and high speed cable internet.

The outdoor gym provides a shady, tranquil workout atmosphere with a rustic atmosphere. It is equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, yoga mat, exercise ball, cushioned seating and privacy curtains making it the right place to relax and still appreciate the tropical environment.

Casa Alegria is a few minute's walk from one of Cabo's most gorgeous swimmable beaches - Palmilla Beach - famous for its calm turquoise waters, soft sand and idyllic cove for swimming, snorkelling and paddleboarding.
