• All extra services must be paid locally unless otherwise arranged
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven/fourteen days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
• Due to the morphology of the garden terrain, young children need to be supervised all the time.
• The local host lives in an independent quarter within the estate with separate entrance. Guests’ privacy is guaranteed
• The pool is open from May to September. For the remaining period, it can be made available upon request, at an additional charge, depending on weather conditions. Heating is available only during the non-summer months and requires the cover to be maintained over the pool. A staff member will handle the daily opening and closing of the pool (otherwise, the heat would dissipate, making heating ineffective)

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
