On the edge of a nature reserve on the quiet east end of the island, Villa Abby brings a sense of calm to life in St. Barth. Those stunning views are to be found from every room, as well as the outdoor living and dining areas. In addition, several beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away.

With its three comparably sized, well-separated bedrooms, Villa Abby is well-designed for groups of friends travelling on holiday together or for families with adult children. The whole house spans a single level. It is anchored by a spacious, inviting living room that spills onto the covered dining terrace and has a well-equipped kitchen behind it. Down some stairs, a newly expanded terrace (1,500 square feet of limestone and exotic hardwood) surrounds the heated, pink-tiled swimming pool. All of this is surrounded by gardens that contain flowers such as night-blooming jasmine.

One of the bedrooms is near the kitchen and has a private office, and the other two are on the opposite side of the living room. They each have a contemporary design, access to the sun deck, king-size four-poster bed, and ensuite bathroom.
