OVERVIEW

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

Phoenix Villa is a stunning oceanfront retreat with two private sandy beaches and expansive seafront verandas that showcase breathtaking Caribbean views. Nestled along Country Club Drive East at The Tryall Club, Phoenix offers unmatched privacy and tranquility, just a one-minute walk from the First Tee, Driving Range, and Club Beach.

This expansive, one-story villa, designed in the traditional Caribbean style, is ideal for people of all ages. Grab bars and shower benches are included for enhanced comfort. Rain or shine, easy access is guaranteed throughout the home thanks to the thoughtful layout of every area. Phoenix is a home away from home, lovingly kept to the most excellent standards.

The four oceanfront bedrooms boast king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and French doors that open directly to the veranda and beach. Two additional bedrooms offer flexible bed configurations (king or twin) and gorgeous sea views, while a seventh garden-view bedroom is available upon request. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and a SONOS sound system.

The East Wing Living Pavilion opens onto a wraparound veranda and shaded private beach, while the West Wing Living Room leads to a sun-drenched beachfront oasis. Choose between elegant candlelit dining indoors or a casual seaside meal with Montego Bay shimmering in the distance.

Phoenix Villa is staffed with a private chef, butler, housekeepers, laundresses, and a gardener, ensuring a flawless, worry-free stay.
