Sugar Hill is a stunning eight bedroom, luxury island home privately perched atop a lush three acre property overlooking the glittering Caribbean Sea and the historic Tryall Club estate.
Built in the traditional Jamaican plantation style, the beautifully appointed four bedroom main villa and four bedroom guest house, are surrounded by exquisitely manicured gardens, sprawling lawns and tropical trees. There are magnificent views of the Caribbean and verdant property from every room. The air conditioned comfortable interiors, spacious verandas, and breezy galleries, are accented with original Jamaican art and beautiful hand carved mahogany furniture made by master Jamaican craftsman. Coupled with world-class modern amenities, Sugar Hill is a magical setting for vacationing with multi-generational families and friends. It is the place you will want to escape to and never leave! Wireless Internet is available throughout. The Tryall Club facilities are all within a four or five minute golf cart ride away.
The main villa has an expansive one level floor plan making it wheelchair accessible. There are two master suites, each with four-poster mahogany beds, private studies and private verandas. The en suite bathrooms are luxurious and finished in granite and travertine. One has a Jacuzzi bathtub and a gorgeous outdoor tropical garden with shower. The two additional guest bedrooms each have en suite bathrooms, and twin beds that can convert to kings.
The guest house is situated perfectly on the property to catch the cool Caribbean breezes. The upstairs master suite, which overlooks the curvaceous coastline, has a queen bed, two twin beds, and balcony. The three additional guest bedrooms (two with balconies), each have twin beds that can convert to king size beds. All have luxury en suite bathrooms with granite and travertine finishes. The outdoor shaded sitting area overlooks the pool, gardens and the sea.
The living spaces at Sugar Hill offer multiple choices for relaxation. The main villa veranda, with magnificent views and balmy breezes, overlooks the heated, aqua glass tiled swimming pool, and pool deck. The spacious, beautifully designed living room has comfortable couches, club chairs, ottomans, and a television and sound system, including headphones for the hearing impaired. There are a multitude of games to use at the game table. The formal dining room with beautifully handcrafted mahogany table and chairs opens to outstanding vistas of the sea, as does the alfresco dining area under a flower-bedecked pergola. The Sugar tower deck offers spectacular views of the colorful sunsets as well as a place to star and moon gaze in the evenings. The large recreation room has pool, ping pong and Foosball tables. The gym in the guest house is fully equipped with aerobic exercise equipment, weights, bands, bosu and gym balls, and exercise videos. After a wholesome workout, you can relax on a hammock with a cool drink and a good book from our library.
Of special note, is the Sugar Hill organic garden and tropical fruit trees, which provide in season vegetable, fruits and herbs for our expert chef to use in preparing the daily meals. There is also a wood burning pizza oven. Pizza night is a favorite at Sugar Hill! The wet bar in the Main Villa can be fully stocked to mix up your favorite tropical cocktails and smoothies.

A $500 to $1,000 security deposit will be collected either by credit card or by wire transfer prior to checking in. It will be refunded after checkout provided there are no damages or charges incurred to the villa (phone calls etc.).
TRYALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEE
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of $130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or $26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than seven days.

The Tryall Boutique which is located beside the entrance to the Great House carries a range of classic resort wear and accessories for adults and children as well as Cuban cigars, books and interesting souvenir items.
Down at the beach in the round hut is Sin Ting Beachy where all manner of beach-related merchandise is available including sun screen, beach toys for children and ice creams.
At the Tryall Market you can browse and purchase from an extensive collection of food as well as wines and spirits. Much of the produce is locally grown with an emphasis on organic producers and there are many specialist items that are normally hard to find. Upon check-in you can open an account and charge food items to your villa, paying on departure.
Located adjacent to the tennis courts, the Tennis Pro Shop offers an international range of white tennis wear and at the entrance to the golf course, the Golf Pro Shop offers an exceptional selection of clothing and golf accessories.
At the beach and close to the historic waterwheel, our craft vendors exhibit their talented wares. Ranging from sculptures, carvings to paintings, they are the perfect memento of your stay in Jamaica or as a gift to take home.
Throughout the year we host art exhibitions at the Great House showcasing the work of renowned as well as up and coming Jamaican artists. These works are all available to purchase and shipping can be arranged.to entertain the children and all you need to consider if whether to bask languidly in the private swimming pool, take an active tennis lesson, join your husband for a round of golf, skim the waves on a Hobie Cat, gather your thoughts on an early morning jog around our blissfully quiet estate, explore a nature trail or simply do nothing at all. This is the Tryall Club, home to an informally luxurious wellness lifestyle that is as unique as it is different and one where classical, warm Jamaican hospitality prevails.
• Relaxed and informal and located right beside the sea, the Beach Restaurant & Bar is a delightful lunch and dinner venue offering a choice of indoor or outdoor seating.
GOLF | Golf is as much a part of The Tryall Club as the magnificent villas and the ocean views. The course is integral to the Club's fabric, twisting and winding through the estate as it makes it way down to the coastline. Rated as one of the Caribbean's finest, our course is both challenging and beautiful with a fascinating heritage. The Tryall Invitational Pro Am is played in January.
TENNIS | Tennis is a way of life at The Tryall Club and has been since we opened in 1959. With facilities that are ranked among the finest in the Caribbean, there are nine courts, 24 pros, hitting partners and ball boys in season as well as exceptional training facilities and a reputation that draws world champions as well as world championships. The Tennis Pro Shop is located opposite the tennis courts and also accommodates the gymnasium. It is also the reception area for those guests who have reserved a court for play. The shop is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM in the winter and from 7 AM to 6 PM in the summer.
Located next to the Tennis Pro Shop, the Kid’s Club welcomes children from the ages of five and twelve years to be part of the Kid’s Club Programme. Selected activities are also available to toddlers who are accompanied by babysitters.
The Kid's Club programmes are available from 10 AM from Monday to Saturday with a break for lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM. During the period 1 May to 1 November, the Kid's Club is open from 10 AM until 5 PM from Monday to Friday.
The numerous activities available include beach games, arts and crafts, face painting, scavenger hunt, sand castle competitions and the art of tie-dye. Nature walks introduce children to the many birds in the vicinity along with other wildlife in its natural habitat.
During peak weeks such as President's Week, Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas, New Year a comprehensive programme of activities is available - details of which are sent to guests well in advance.
