Villa Lido AMAZING!

Best week of our lives! Everything was 5 stars and then some! We took full advantage of all that Villa Lido had to offer. Thank you to Keith and Carly at Rental Escapes for helping us find Villa Lido and managing all the details from hiring a driver for the week and setting up massages etc. It was a seemless process and so professional. The amazing staff is what sets this villa apart! They started working around 5am every morning to prepare to make our day wonderful. Mitch (the house manager) is the master of professionalism and service. He brings 30+ years of service experience to Lido and it shows. Mitch greeted us every morning with mimosas and lattes and followed our lead on how lazy or active we wanted to be each day. We were served drinks in the pool or on the beach. Kemar worked so hard to rake our beach and have our beach chairs, shade canopy, kayaks and snorkel gear ready for us. He would bring a cooler of waters and beer to us while we were playing tennis without us even asking. Stephen (the chef) met with us on Day 2 and planned out our meals for the week. The meals and desserts and presentation were AMAZING and we loved trying many Jamaican favorite dishes. LaToya (the housekeeper) was wonderful. The house and our rooms were as clean on Day 4 as they were the day we arrived. And she did our laundry! Kevin (the gardener) worked so hard. The grounds were immaculate. And one day, Kevin used a blower to dry the tennis court for us bc he knew we wanted to play without us asking. So thoughtful. Now for the House. It's so nice and so well decorated. The spacious layout gave our group of 10 (with 6 teenagers) plenty of room to spread out and then come back together for meals. We played tennis and pickleball everyday and then relaxed in the ocean and pool for about 8 hours. We had 5 massage therapists come one day, we hosted a Murder Mystery for one of our dinners, had a birthday dinner for my daughter, and we played games in the evenings. and enjoyed the firepit. None of us wanted to leave and would consider it a huge blessing to get to come back to Lido again.

Vacation of a lifetime!

The property and house were amazing! My wife and I brought our 3 sons and their wives and they were all as impressed as we were. The staff: Mitch (head of house), Nevardo (Asst. Butler), Stephan (Chef), Latoya (Housekeeping), and Joseph (Groundskeeper) were all superb and very friendly. They quickly adapted to the fact that we are not the kind of people that are used to being pampered in this way and became our friends while still being extremely professional. Our booking experience with Noemie Agar went perfectly and she quickly answered any question. The finance guy, Ashton Thorne, was very professional and easy the work with. The local property manager (whose name escapes me) stopped by 3 times to see if everything was OK. She was charming! I also really liked the driver (Paul) we got for the week. We had a ball and will remember this fondly for the rest of our lives! I wish I could say the same for the Montego Bay airport and Delta Airlines, but that's a different issue.
