Consisting of three separate buildings or pods linked by wooden decks, with two detached bedroom suites on either side of the central living and kitchen area, Starlight is elegantly furnished and provides phenomenal views. Dining at Fowl Cay Resort
• Serving local seafood dishes and Chef's specials, Hill House restaurant and pub is a relaxing lunch and evening dining spot. It has the highest elevation on the island and boasts panoramic views of the central Exumas and spectacular nightly sunsets. Open for lunch from 12:30 PM to 2 PM and dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Stop by for cocktail hour from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.


Activities and Experiences at Fowl Cay
Fowl Cay has three spectacular beaches, each with its own personality - for simply enjoying a day on the island.

Fowl Cay boasts the only tennis court in the Central Exumas - the perfect early morning or late afternoon activity. Balls and rackets are available at the resort, so leave yours at home.

Head up to Hill House for a pool day and pull up one of the double chaise lounge day beds. The Bar is always open, so if you need any refreshments just help yourself and enjoy the views over Big Major Harbor.

Swimming Pigs vacation

Rita and I were looking for a vacation location next to the world-famous swimming pigs. The Fowl Cay resort was the perfect place for this mission. The resort is facing the swimming pigs beach and we were able to see the beach from our villa called Starlight. The pig’s island is just 10-minute boat ride from the resort. The resort provides you with a 17-foot boat for you to use to visit all the different beaches and locations. The food provided for lunch and dinner was nothing short of 5-star service. The staff at Fowl Cay are very involved in making your vacation great. We are going to return next year to the resort because of the quality of the vacation.
