Each villa comes with a fully equipped and stocked kitchen where you will wake up each morning on your own schedule and make your own breakfast. Then for lunch have our chef pack you a picnic lunch to take to a deserted beach in your own boat (also included with your villa). After you spend your day exploring the central Exumas, come back to Fowl Cay and shower in your luxurious villa and head up to the Hill House for cocktail hour and a gourmet meal with the other guests on the island and enjoy great food and conversation. DINING
• Serving local seafood dishes and Chef's specials, Hill House restaurant and pub is a relaxing lunch and evening dining spot. It has the highest elevation on the island and boasts 360-degree views of the central Exumas and spectacular nightly sunsets. With cozy, rustic decor, decorative fireplaces and outdoor seating, it's the perfect gathering place for evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a late-game of pool and the freshest local seafood and cuisine for miles around.

ACTIVITIES AT FOWL CAY:
Boats
Perhaps the biggest and best amenity at Fowl Cay is the 17 or 18 ft power boat with unlimited gas which is included with your villa. Our staff will give you a thorough boat orientation to ensure you are comfortable driving the boat and we also provide you with charts and compasses.
Golf Cart
You will be provided with your own golf cart to navigate on land. Feel Free to walk when you would like but let's face it you are on vacation! Hop in your commuter cart for the week and zip around at your leisure.
Hill House
The Hill House not only provides the backdrop to our delicious nightly meals but also provides a number of different amenities during the day. After a day on the boat rinse off in our fresh water pool with double teak chaise lounges and umbrellas on the sun deck. Or wake up early for a morning workout in our exercise room. At cocktail hour enjoy the various games in the pub throw some darts, shoot some pool, play backgammon or challenge someone to the Bimini ring game as the sun sets on the back patio.
Pool
Our fresh water pool at the Hill House provides the perfect end to a day on the boat. Catch the last rays of the day after you rinse off in the pool. Head into the bar and mix up a drink behind the bar or grab a beer out of the fridge and enjoy your drink while sitting by the pool. The bar is always open and it's always our round! If you want your own private pool, consider renting the Birdcage villa which has its own private splash pool on its patio.
Beaches
Fowl Cay has three of its own gorgeous beaches. The North Beach provides a peaceful location to sink your beach chair in the sand. The South Beach is the perfect spot to enjoy some of the on-island activities anything from a game of Bocce to a sail in one of our Zuma boats to paddling in one of our Kayaks for a workout or just spend all day lazing under the tiki huts enjoying the view. In addition to our beaches the Exumas are filled with deserted islands with nothing but white sand beaches to explore. And with your own boat you can choose a different one everyday to picnic on.
Deserted Beaches
There are 365 cays and islands in the Exumas - a different one for each day of the week. While staying with us you could picnic on a different deserted beach for every day.
Tennis, Bocce and Horseshoe Courts
Bring your tennis game but leave your big rackets at home. Fowl Cay has the only tennis court in this part of the Exumas. In the middle of the island it's a perfect activity for when you need a break from the beach. When you are finished with your tennis game, head down to South Beach for a popular happy hour activity - a game of bocce ball on our waterside court. A great sport for all ages and skill levels and if you are in the mood, throw a few horse shoes in our sand horseshoe pit.

Fowl Cay offers the best of both worlds when it comes to dining. You can prepare your own villa meals or simply allow us to wait on you hand and foot. Every day can be a different combination that suits you best.
Prepare a late breakfast on your villa patio, take one of our picnic lunches to a secluded beach or feast on a four-course fish supper at the Hill House restaurant. Whatever way you choose, dining will be easy and delicious!
