With two chic contemporary Anguilla villas set on the beautiful white sands and turquoise waters of Meads Bay, the property can host a Caribbean luxury villa getaway or act as an idyllic setting for a special event. A full staff and twelve bedrooms, pampering service, and space for everyone.

Your stay at Kishti includes a cook and butler—meaning there’s always someone to bring you a drink on the beach. Spend your stay relaxing in the infinity swimming pools and hot tubs, or explore the bay with the provided sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and stand-up paddleboards. Prepare local seafood on the barbecue, watch the waves over dinner at the al-fresco dining areas, and enjoy a glass of wine under the stars from the loungers and daybeds on the terrace. The interiors are just as well-appointed, with exercise, media rooms, and Wi-Fi.

Designed by renowned firm Cecconi Simone, the interiors of Kishti on Meads are both memorably stylish and beachy, and comfortable. Each villa is laid out around a great room with a living area, dining area, and kitchen that opens to the terrace via a folding glass wall, so the space is bright and airy. Wood floors, neutral upholstery, and hurricane lanterns throughout the room have a relaxed appeal. For your convenience, each villa has two fully equipped kitchens.

There are six bedrooms in the east villa at Kishti and six bedrooms in the west villa; all have king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite in the east villa also has its own al-fresco shower. Though the bedrooms feature pared-down palettes, natural textures of wood and linen give the spaces a soft, organic feel.
