The Beach House is nestled on one of the world's most breathtaking beaches. This exceptional villa in Anguilla is a preferred getaway for anyone seeking a refined yet peaceful retreat.

Awaken to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore and revel in the luxurious ambiance, with the immaculate white sands of Meads Bay just outside the window. Through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, step onto the private pool terrace and enjoy a delicious breakfast crafted by a personal chef using locally sourced ingredients.

Built on one acre and comprising over 10,000 square feet of interior and 5,000 square feet of exterior terrace, the villa hosts 16 guests in eight primary bedrooms with 10 bathrooms. Interiors are open plan and include indoor dining for 20, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area, and a library/office. A game room has table tennis, air hockey, a bar area, and arcade machines. The property features a large home theater and is finished to the highest standards, with state-of-the-art entertainment systems, audio, and mood lighting. The guest apartment offers an additional living area, kitchen, and terrace.

A heated, 44-foot-long infinity-edged pool with an adjacent Jacuzzi complements the extensive outdoor living and dining spaces, which include alfresco meal preparation facilities. Guests can also enjoy a children's play area and watersports equipment, such as snorkel gear, paddleboards, and kayaks.

The Beach House enjoys a prime location on the breathtaking Meads Bay. It is just a 15-minute drive from the airport and only 20 minutes from the Valley, the island's capital, renowned for its charming colonial architecture.
