Sleeping accommodations include a twin-over-twin bed and a full sleeper sofa, as well as a guest bedroom with a plush king bed and a private bathroom.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom’s king bed, sweeping views, and lavish private bathroom provide a serene retreat alongside a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed.

Captivating views, clean lines, and natural light define the third-level living space. Curated for culinary enthusiasts, the centrally located kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a beautiful breakfast bar for six. The kitchen boasts gas-fired and induction-based cooktops, including a dedicated skillet surface, or cook outside on the oversized gas grill. Larger groups are easier with multiple refrigerators and a dedicated ice maker. Settle in for a savory meal and spirited conversation at the two dining tables with bench seating and 6 chairs. After, retire for drinks in the stylish living space, where a modern sectional and matching armchairs sit beside the mid-century style fireplace and a mounted TV. When the fresh air beckons, guests will find bar seating and a patio table on the balcony. On the other side of the kitchen, an exterior door leads to the grill and ski hut with storage and boot warmers.

The top level reveals a spacious lounge area featuring a fashionable sectional, TV, fireplace, banquette dining area, and wet bar. On the rooftop deck, enjoy the stunning vista while unwinding in the hot tub or refreshing sore muscles in the cold plunge.

An exceptional Park City vacation awaits at Japandi Slopeside Retreat. Parking in the garage—plus an e-charging station—makes it easy to explore. Skiing is much easier with the ski storage and boot warmers in the ski hut. For ski-in/ski-out access, the stairwell behind the ski hut leads to the nearest ski run. This access is to the base of Park City with access to the high-speed lifts Payday and Crescent.
