The tile work in this bathroom is outstanding. The second primary bedroom is located on the second level. It features a king bed, a cool ceiling with exposed beams that boasts four motorized skylights, and direct access to a huge screen porch. There is a bunkroom just off the upper-level primary bedroom with a bunk bed perfect for kids. This room does not have a separate door, and access to the room is through the primary bedroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first level, which share a bathroom. The first features a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. A folding chair in the bunk room turns into a single-bed pallet. The second has a beautiful queen bed.
Finally, the living area on the second floor is designed to be comfortable and fun! It features a large wrap-around sofa with extra seating and a large television. The sofa (queen), as well as the adjacent chair (single), are both sleepers that each feature an upgraded foam mattress to provide additional options for bedding. In addition, a ping pong table is set up, just off the living space. This area has direct access to a deck overlooking the backyard retreat and a spacious screen porch that features a porch swing bed in addition to other deck furniture.
