• This is a 4 story home with a lot of steps. No access to bedrooms without going up steps and the main living area/kitchen is on the top floor. Not recommended for the elderly or small children.

• Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.

• Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.

• A 4WD with chains may be required to access this home during winter.

• The guest suite is located on the top floor and features a King bed, a living area, dining table, and kitchenette.

• This home does not have A/C.

• This home has an electric bear mat at the entrance. To the left of the front door, there is a button with ON and OFF settings. Press OFF before stepping on the mat, and you can turn it back on at checkout if desired. The mat can remain off during your stay.

• This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.

• Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
