HOUSE RULES

• A spacious driveway provides room for up to 5 cars, giving you the freedom to explore the surrounding desert, including Joshua Tree, located less than an hour away. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted. • You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert. • This property does not allow Pets. • Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees).
