• Rate includes 2 return suburban airport transfers or 1 sprinter van (12 Guest) return airport transfer. This applies to any reservation confirmed after July 10th, 2025

* Villa rates and exchange rates are subject to change without notice and are not confirmed until reservations are booked and paid in full.

• Rates are based on 12 guests (14 guests with small children), each additional guest will be charged $450 per night.

• Security deposit is equivalent to 1 nightly rate.

• Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at the Guest discretion and always greatly appreciated bythe Villa Staff

• Upon request and with advance notice, additional service hours may be added past 11:00pm at an additional cost. The General Manager will determine the number of additional Staff required based on service requested. The Minimum Staff are 2 Butlers and 1 Cook. Maximum service hours is no later than 2:00am

• In addition to the nightly rates, Guest is responsible for all food and beverage costs during their stay plus a food and beverage fee.

• Effective January 6, 2026, all Beach Clubs will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
