Villa del Mito is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool situated in a splendid seafront position, on the edge of the Plemmirio marine protected area, near Syracuse. Located just a few steps from the sea and rocks below.

This exclusive property is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawn, by spacious terraces and a veranda equipped with an outdoor kitchen and dining area (kitchenette, oven, fridge and BBQ).

Consisting of two housing units, Villa del Mito features cosy interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind, equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher. The main house includes a large living room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The close annexe houses two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

Villa del Mito is an excellent base to reach Syracuse’s historic centre and the lovely sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche. A short drive away are also the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Scicli, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Mount Etna and Taormina.
