Hawksbill Turks and Caicos is an eight-bedroom (can be rented as five, six, or eight bedrooms) Caribbean estate home spread across a number of separate buildings throughout the four+ acre site. It can also be combined with the three-bedroom Hawksbill Turks and Caicos Beach House property next door to provide 11 bedrooms in total. Designed as a multi-generational Caribbean retreat for its owners and their family it has a contemporary Caribbean design language that is both transitional and responsive to its clients individual personalities.

The Hawksbill Turks and Caicos main house accommodates a beautiful, stately Great Room with unrivalled views over Grace Bay. A separate family space houses games, a big screen TV and access to four ensuite bedrooms, two of which have ocean views and two are set up as kids rooms. Head upstairs via a cantilevered walnut staircase projecting from a native stone wall to find a stunning master suite with fully pocketing doors and ocean views at every turn. The kitchen and screened terrace open towards the oversized pool and lap pool, hot tub, fire pit and extensive stone terrace. On the opposite side of the pool from the main house stands another master suite for ultimate privacy. It boasts a double shower with views of the ocean and an additional generous private bathing courtyard.

There are also paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment for the water sports enthusiast and a private dock allows guests to be picked up for boat excursions.

An elevated three-bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sit behind the main house at Hawksbill. A three-bedroom refurbished beach house completes the estates living accommodation.

For guests with a sporting appetite, there is a Gym, a floodlit all-weather tennis court and half-court basketball near the entrance to the property.

Hawksbill Estate is a combination of Hawksbill and Beach House.

The Beach House Providenciales on Grace Bay is everything you would imagine a beach house to be. This newly refurbished, spacious two-bedroom beachfront property is truly unique.
